The residence, with the minimal design, located at the southern coast of Milos with abackdrop looking out to the island of Crete,is designed as a shelter that disappears into the landscape, with a sloping roof and asymmetric staircases that follow the natural inclination of the site.

The aluminium system allows the inside and outside to unify seamlessly and offer uninterrupted views at all sides.

With a discreet but powerful outline of only 35mm the MINIMAL Look offering a pleasing experience and comfort.

The middle mullion section of 35mm follows the discreet and classy linear design.

ATTENTION TO DETAILS

Customized Multi-point locking system for exceptional levels of safety and four pairs of heavy duty stainless steel rollers to the system offer a smooth scrolling.

The innovative MINIMAL LOOK with a 35mm perimeter frame is a state of the art solution. The system creates wide glass facades that retract into the stone walls, allowing for the interior and exterior areas to unify seamlessly and the residence to be filled with natural light. Owners and visitors enjoy the soothing sun, the endless view to the sea and their presence in one of the most exquisite parts of the Mediterranean.

Τhe sole sound is that of the waves rolling onto the shoreline. The quietness and the beauty of nature are the perfect backtrop to each perfect moment. In simple architectural vocabulary, the residence is perfectly aligned with the natural environment, and becomes one with site’s natural elements.
