Driven by the vision of cultivating a new generation of skilled professionals in the aluminium industry, the 6th Cycle of the ELVIAL TRAINING CENTRE has been successfully completed, reinforcing ELVIAL’s commitment to continuous education and innovation.
The training journey began on February 6, 7, and 8 at the ELVIAL EXPERIENCE CENTRE in Attica, a space designed to integrate cutting-edge technology, aesthetics, and sustainable practices. Participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in aluminium architectural systems, including technology, design, and construction, while also attending specialized sessions on business management, marketing, human resources and sustainability strategies—gaining valuable skills to enhance their professional development.
Theoretical knowledge was put into practice on February 13, 14, and 15, as the program took place at ELVIAL’s industrial facilities in Kilkis. In a fully equipped training environment, participants applied construction and installation techniques for architectural aluminium systems under the guidance of ELVIAL’s expert technicians. Through realistic scenarios and hands-on experience, they strengthened their confidence and acquired the essential skills required by the modern market.
The training cycle has been completed with the awarding of participation certificates, providing attendees with the opportunity to pursue official certification. ELVIAL’s founder, Mr. Dimitris Tzikas, delivered an inspiring speech, sharing his personal vision—the "Everything is Possible" philosophy—emphasizing that growth and success stem from knowledge, dedication, and continuous effort. Additionally, ELVIAL’s Plant Manager, Mr. Pavlos Vagionas, highlighted the challenges and opportunities within the industry, encouraging participants to invest in innovation and to the continuous development of their skills.
