With a strategic goal of shaping a new generation of skilled professionals in the aluminium sector, ELVIAL has successfully completed the 7th Cycle of the ELVIAL TRAINING CENTRE, reaffirming its commitment to continuous education, technical expertise, and innovation.
The theoretical part of the program took place on March 27, 28, and 29 at ELVIAL EXPERIENCE CENTRE in Attica — a space that integrates technology, aesthetics, and the principles of sustainability. Participants attended specialized modules focused on the design and technology of architectural aluminium systems, as well as topics related to business administration, marketing, human resource management, and sustainability strategy.
Theory was turned into practice on April 3, 4, and 5 at ELVIAL's industrial facilities in Kilkis. In a fully equipped training environment, participants applied construction and installation techniques with the support and guidance of the company's experienced technicians. Through hands-on experiences and real-world simulations, they gained essential skills tailored to the demands of the modern market.
The certificate award ceremony marked the successful completion of yet another cycle, offering participants the opportunity to continue the path of the official certification. ELVIAL’s founder, Dimitris Tzikas, shared his personal vision, "Everything is Possible," emphasizing that progress is the result of knowledge, dedication, and continuous effort. ELVIAL's Plant Director, Pavlos Vagionas, highlighted the industry’s development and challenges, encouraging participants to invest in upgrading their skills.
