For the second consecutive year, ELVIAL supports Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab 2026 educational program of ALBA Graduate Business School, strengthening the connection between academic knowledge and real-world business experience, while offering students valuable exposure to the modern industrial environment.
As part of the Innovation & Digitalization module, on Friday, March 6, ELVIAL welcomed 35 students from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to its facilities, giving them the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the company’s operations and activities.
The visit began with a corporate presentation by Mr. Giannis Mertzios, Mechanical Engineer and Export Manager of the Industrial Division, and Mr. Nikos Kyriakou, Civil Engineer and Technical Manager, who presented ELVIAL’s activities, expertise, and role in the modern aluminium industry.

This was followed by a guided tour of the company’s production facilities, led by Mr. Pavlos Vagionas, Electrical Engineer and Plant Manager, and Mr. Stefanos Sfikas, Electrical Engineer and Production Manager, providing students with a comprehensive overview of ELVIAL’s production processes and the technologies used.

The visit concluded with an open Q&A session between the students, ELVIAL’s management and executives, with the participation of Ms. Maria Karafoulidou, HR Manager, as well as representatives of ALBA Graduate Business School.
