With a steady focus on shaping a new generation of highly skilled professionals in the aluminium industry, ELVIAL successfully completed the 9th Cycle of the ELVIAL TRAINING CENTRE, reaffirming its commitment to continuous education and technical excellence.
The theoretical part of the program took place on April 16, 17 and 18 at the ELVIAL EXPERIENCE CENTRE in Attica, a modern space that combines technology, innovation, and high aesthetics. Participants attended specialized modules covering the design and technology of architectural aluminium systems, as well as key topics related to business management, marketing, human resources, and sustainability strategy.
The training program was completed with the practical part, held on April 23, 24 and 25 at ELVIAL’s industrial facilities in Kilkis. In a fully equipped environment, participants applied construction and installation techniques in practice, under the guidance of the company’s experienced technical team. Through hands-on assembly practices and real-life condition simulations, they enhanced and expanded their skill set, enabling them to meet the modern demands of the industry.
The Hellenic Federation of Aluminium Fabricators (POVAS) once again played a key supporting role, as its contribution and scientific support are instrumental to the success of the training programs and the preparation of candidates for the ENKAS certification exams.
The certificate award ceremony marked the successful completion of yet another cycle, highlighting the importance of investing in knowledge and the professional development of industry professionals. ELVIAL’s Founder, Mr. Dimitris Tzikas, referred to the long-standing vision behind the initiative, stating that “the evolution of the industry begins with its people and their willingness to learn, grow, and innovate.” From his side, ELVIAL’s Plant Manager, Mr. Pavlos Vagionas, emphasized that “today’s industry challenges require technical expertise, adaptability, and continuous investment in knowledge , core pillars of the ELVIAL TRAINING CENTRE.”
