SAME LEVEL APPEARANCE AND SHADE

3 LEVEL DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Three profile levels, mullions, transoms, and 2nd Level transoms, designed to efficiently accommodate various grid shapes. This is particularly beneficial in scenarios where a vertical mullion intersects with a horizontal transom, which can create discontinuities in the drainage channels. The use of a 2nd level transom, effectively resolves this issue, ensuring the correct operation of the drainage system and the overall stability of the structure.

T-CLEAT CONNECTOR

The mullion-transom connection with T-cleat connector offers a fast, easy and economical solution for the safe placement of the transom on the column. This mode of connection facilitates installation, while providing stability to construction. In addition, it is possible to apply a special foam gasket, which effectively absorbs contractions and expansions, ensuring that the inner face of the frame is not affected. This approach combines functionality and aesthetics, making it ideal for various construction applications.

U-CLEAT CONNECTOR

The mullion-transom connection with U-cleat connector is a classic, timeless solution and offers stability and durability in many construction applications. In addition, there is the possibility of optional application of a special polyamide end cap, which covers any imperfections in the mullion-transom connection, offering a more elegant and complete look. MULLION'S DIVIDED GASKETS

The specially designed gaskets, in which a part is cut off at the point of connection to the transom, are designed to ensure absolute continuity of sealing. This approach allows to avoid leaks and enhance the overall integrity of the system, ensuring that connections remain secure and functional.

    Customized insulating bars are set on the mullions, transoms and on the projected out windows frame profile for high thermal insulation. The system fully meets the high energy performance requirements for each project.

    A foam insulating spacer is fitted at the insulating bars of the mullions and transoms, improving energy performance.
  • ELVIAL I² INNOVATIVE INSULATION TECHNOLOGY

    The Innovation, ELVIAL I² Technology, is applied on all ELVIAL's thermal insulated opening systems that can be incorporated into the facade construction. GLAZING LOAD SUPPORTS

We developed special glazing load supports that can cover glazing width up to 38mm and weight up to 190kg.

SUPPORT FOR GLAZING LOAD TRANSFER

We developed special inner and outer glazing load transfer supports that transfer the weight of the glass to the inner side of the projected sash where all the functional elements of the mechanism are positioned. This way excellent functionality and smooth operation of the window are ensured for a life time, regardless οf the weight of the glass.

EFFICIENT PROTECTION

New generation joint corners with side caps, in frames and sashes of projected out windows, which lead the two-component glue along the joint point and completely cover the chambers.
