In a place where time leaves its imprint upon matter, the project emerges as a quiet continuation of a pre-existing story. The old tanks and raw concrete surfaces, once vessels of the fermentation process, preserve memory in its purest form, carrying it into the present through a new use.
Architecture balances between the heavy and the light, transforming its industrial imprint into an experience of light and transparency, a transition from materiality to contemporary living.

LIGHT AND TRANSPARENCY

Surfaces and openings are designed to maximize the use of natural light. Transparency becomes not only an aesthetic element, but a fundamental tool in shaping everyday experience. Interior spaces visually extend outward, creating a sense of continuity and openness.

CLARITY OF DESIGN, ARCHITECTURAL COHERENCE

The architectural composition is grounded in clean geometries and a disciplined use of materials, reinforcing the project’s overall identity. The SL50 HI² and ELVIAL FS50 systems are seamlessly integrated into the structure, offering both functionality and aesthetic consistency, while emphasizing the refined detailing that defines the whole.

LIVING AS AN EXPERIENCE

Construction takes on character through the silent strength of materials and the care of detail. Nothing is accidental, every surface, every joint, every choice composes an environment that endures over time while expressing understated quality.

Spaces are not rigidly defined; they flow, adapt, and breathe with the user.

Like a quiet continuation of space and time, the project transcends the limits of construction. Light, material and human presence coexist effortlessly, creating an experience that does not remain momentary, but unfolds gently through time.
