Olive Green Hotel is a building of the '60s that was completely renovated and holds a landmark location for the city of Heraklion. Its new form is the result of a project that was completed in just 7.5 months and is a record time for a project that combines high energy requirements and perfect harmony between nature, the urban environment and technology.

Olive Green Hotel is the only ́ Eco & Smart hotel for Crete, 100% environmentally friendly and has deservedly won the hearts of its visitors from all over the world.

The architectural design wanted the modern to follow with respect to the traditional, location and the history of the area. The opening window ELVIAL W59 SI² managed to modernize the building without interfering. Τhe exterior of Olive Green with ELVIAL 7600 shading system constitutes an important element of the design and a trademark of the hotel.
