The 2nd Training Centre seminar has completed successfully!
Driven by the positive energy of the first training seminar which was successfully completed, it was the turn of our partners in southern Greece to take part in the training. Specifically, this time Attica had the honors, as participants from the region attended the 2nd in a row training program of TRAINING CENTRE.
The first part of the training was held at ELVIAL's new state-of-the-art EXPERIENCE CENTER in Attica between 10-12 November. The ELVIAL EXPERIENCE CENTER is a modern venue hosting ELVIAL's showroom, serviced by our people there and is perfectly and technologically equipped for seminars of this magnitude.
The speakers of ELVIAL supported by Dr Stelios Lambrakopoulos from P.O.V.A.S, contributed with their experience and training in order to impart specialized knowledge and techniques on the subjects of and around the construction of aluminium systems.
This first session was designed to provide all the theoretical knowledge and the newest technologies applied in aluminium construction, while at the same time making sure to deliver a complete and comprehensive theoretical framework for both newcomers and experienced professionals in the field of aluminium systems construction.
With the same enthusiasm and the momentum from Attica the second and last part of the Training Centre's training was held at ELVIAL's industrial site in Kilkis, on 24-26 November. Here the participants completed their theoretical training but primarily they were able to put their knowledge into practice in the specially designed area of the centre. They were able to assemble the systems from scratch and under the guidance of the specialized technical department of the Training Centre they were able to actively participate in the correct construction of different types of window frames.
In addition to the technical area, each Training Centre training course emphasizes on the managerial qualities of the construction industry by providing relevant training in areas such as sales, marketing and human resource management.
Having received the warmest and most positive experiences completing this cycle, we want to thank all those who participated and hope that the knowledge and skills acquired will be useful in all their professional activities.
