We successfully completed our participation in the “Hellenic Aluminium 2025” exhibition, held from October 9 to 12 at the Metropolitan Expo, as part of the “Oikodomi 2025” trade fair.
Our impressive 300 m², became a focal point for hundreds of visitors who had the opportunity to take a complete product tour and discover firsthand the most pioneering architectural aluminium systems.
Products that captured the impressions
During the exhibition, we showcased our latest advancements in architectural aluminium systems, captivating visitors with cutting-edge solutions. In particular, we presented the new minimal sliding system Ghost G60 HI², highlighting the future of intelligent architectural design. With a middle mullion width of just 25mm, concealed frames within the wall, self-adjusted rollers, adjustable locking plates, and a flat track, the Ghost system truly made light the protagonist.
Visitor turnout exceeded all expectations, and among the highlights was the introduction of the new ESSENCE PRG120 pergola with fixed louvers — a system that combines modern design and total functionality, delivering an elegant and robust shading solution for every outdoor space. The ESSENCE FD77 folding door also attracted attention thanks to its flawless movement, advanced technology, and refined design, setting a new benchmark for professionals in the field.
From the ESSENCE SL50 HI² FLAT EDITION and ESSENCE SL60 HI² FLAT EDITION sliding systems, to the ESSENCE SD55 motorized shading system and the ICONIC W77ST AI² and ESSENCE W67 HI² opening systems, ELVIAL showcased its comprehensive approach to architectural construction — combining technology, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Finally, the CLADDING CL180 system, combined with the ICONIC W77BS AI² window and the ESSENCE D67 HI² door, created seamless minimal surfaces. At the same time, the fs50 façade system, with Passive House performance, reaffirmed ELVIAL’s commitment to developing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.
The ELVIAL Digital Experience
Through our ELVIAL DIGITAL HUB, visitors enjoyed a unique interactive experience, discovering our technologies and systems within a fully digital environment.
A highlight of ELVIAL’s presence was the ELVIAL Window.ID, the first Digital Product Passport for aluminium systems in Greece, featuring a unique QR code that provides instant access to all technical details and information for each project.
We are the first Greek aluminium manufacturer to introduce digital product identification to its products, fully aligned with the upcoming European Directive on Sustainability Standards, which will require the implementation of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) by 2026.
It also introduced ELVIAL PRO, our digital platform designed especially for professionals, enabling them to create complete project studies, estimate costs, and manage materials quickly and efficiently — enhancing both productivity and technical precision.
Great interest was also expressed in ELVIAL I² TECHNOLOGY, a global innovation from ELVIAL that improves a system’s thermal performance (Uf) by up to 38%, as well as in ELVIAL PRE-ANODIZING 2in1 technology — the only such installation in Greece, QUALICOAT certified with SEASIDE (PRE-OX) label, and one of only seven continuous-flow vertical powder coating lines in the world, ensuring superior corrosion resistance.
