In a highly specialized and constantly evolving sector such as architectural aluminum constructions, craftsmanship and continuous professional development are not only a competitive advantage but also a fundamental condition for sustainability. For ELVIAL, training is not merely a corporate initiative, but an integral part of its identity, reflecting its commitment to people and to the long-term enhancement of quality at every level. With a focus on fabricator, the specialized professional who brings architectural vision to life, ELVIAL strategically invests in advanced knowledge, sustainable development and professional growth through the ELVIAL Training Centre.
“The development of our industry is driven by continuous investment in knowledge and the empowerment of its people.
Through ELVIAL Training Centre, we strengthen professionals’ skills and actively contribute to upgrading the quality of constructions in our country.”
Dimitris Tzikas – Founder of ELVIAL
ELVIAL Training Centre operates as a hub for knowledge transfer, professional empowerment and the enhancement of business competitiveness in the field of architectural aluminum systems. It is a comprehensive training infrastructure designed to provide high-quality professional education, aiming, on the one hand, to deliver solid theoretical and technical knowledge, and on the other to establish a new professional mindset focused on the combination of expertise, skills, specialization, sustainable development standards and continuous adaptation to technological advancements. It serves as a benchmark for strengthening human capital in the aluminum sector. At its core lies the vocational training programme for “Technicians for the Manufacturing and Installation of Architectural Aluminum Systems”, developed in cooperation and under the scientific supervision of key institutional bodies, such as P.O.V.A.S.
The goal of the ETC is twofold: to strengthen technical skills and to shape a modern, holistic approach to the profession of the fabricator. Through detailed and specialized training, technical excellence is promoted, along with business intelligence, enhancing the competitiveness of companies in the sector, as well as fostering a responsible attitude towards the environment and society.

The 50-Hour Training Program at a Glance
Structure: 30 hours of theoretical training and 20 hours of practical training
Successful participation in this program leads to the acquisition of a relevant Certificate of Attendance for the training program. In parallel, participants are given the opportunity to validate their knowledge and skills through the accredited independent body EEA-AMKE, in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17024. This certification serves as a recognized proof of professional competence, enhancing the credibility and market position of the participants.
The theoretical part of the program is conducted in specially designed training facilities at ELVIAL’s premises in Kilkis, as well as at the ELVIAL EXPERIENCE CENTRE in Attica. In addition, the program is designed to “travel” across Greece, bringing specialized knowledge closer to aluminum fabricators nationwide, wherever they are located. The practical part of the program takes place in the specially designed training area for fabricators at ELVIAL’s facilities in Kilkis, where participants attend and take part in hands-on training on aluminum systems. At the same time, the program includes guided tours of ELVIAL’s production facilities and observation of aluminum systems testing procedures in the company’s state-of-the-art testing chamber.
“My experience at ELVIAL TRAINING CENTRE was extremely valuable for my professional development, helping me view the future of my business with greater optimism, supported by the right tools and guidance.
I hope you will continue to offer more opportunities like this for further learning in the near future.
Thank you!”
