An architectural marvel nestled in the hills of the Peloponnese Peninsula, combines intimate living spaces with areas for art exhibitions.

The KHI HOUSE is an impressive project that masterfully balances two contrasting yet complementary conditions: the tranquility and seclusion of the courtyard, and the boundless sense of openness offered by the accessible rooftop terrace extending toward the sea.

LANDSCAPE AND SILENT HARMONY

The villa’s X-shaped geometry divides the land into four zones, where light and shadow dance rhythmically throughout the day. The undulating wall, as a natural extension of the ground, merges effortlessly, establishing a serene dialogue with the surrounding landscape.

FLOW AND INFINITY

The continuous, curved motion of the walls, free from sharp angles, opens the space to infinity. The seamless connection with courtyards and terraces dissolves boundaries, creating an uninterrupted experience of connection with the external environment.

TRACES OF PLACE INNOVATION

MINIMAL LOOK SL52 HI² will still impress. The textures of Greek terrazzo and local concrete emphasize the project’s deep connection to its locale. Using innovative techniques, such as hot-wire cutting, the building becomes an expression of modern craftsmanship that respects its roots.

Situated on a gentle olive grove slope in southern Peloponnese, the villa's design is defined by a single undulating wall that encloses a series of sheltered courtyards at the edges of each wing. This wall, adorned with expansive glass surfaces of the MINIMAL LOOK SL52 HI² , underscores the modern minimal aesthetic.

The project blends exhibition space typology with a monastic concept of enclosed interior gardens, creating an environment that fosters contemplation and absolute serenity.
