As part of the 2nd Cycle of the Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab: Learnability for Employability program, organized by ALBA Graduate Business School under the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia, ELVIAL had the honor of welcoming students from Thessaloniki’s public universities to its facilities.
During this visit, future professionals had the opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities of the modern business world, gaining inspiration from ELVIAL’s values, philosophy, and production innovations which shape the future of the industry.
Within the framework of this program, ELVIAL hosted a dedicated module on Innovation and Digitalization, providing students with insights into modern trends and applications of innovation and digital transformation in the industrial sector.
Throughout the visit, students toured ELVIAL’s advanced production facilities, were briefed on the latest developments in the aluminium industry, and engaged in meaningful discussions with company executives, exchanging views on contemporary challenges and market demands.
