LARGE GRIDS

The ability to create large grids with multiple mullion-transom connection solutions provides significant flexibility in architectural design and construction. SAME LEVEL APPEARANCE AND SHADE

3 LEVEL DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Three profile levels, mullions, transoms, and 2nd Level transoms, designed to efficiently accommodate various grid shapes. This is particularly beneficial in scenarios where a vertical mullion intersects with a horizontal transom, which can create discontinuities in the drainage channels. The use of a 2nd level transom, effectively resolves this issue, ensuring the correct operation of the drainage system and the overall stability of the structure.

T-CLEAT CONNECTOR

The mullion-transom connection with T-cleat connector offers a fast, easy and economical solution for the safe placement of the transom on the column. This mode of connection facilitates installation, while providing stability to construction. In addition, it is possible to apply a special foam gasket, which effectively absorbs contractions and expansions, ensuring that the inner face of the frame is not affected. This approach combines functionality and aesthetics, making it ideal for various construction applications.

U-CLEAT CONNECTOR

The mullion-transom connection with U-cleat connector is a classic, timeless solution and offers stability and durability in many construction applications. In addition, there is the possibility of optional application of a special polyamide end cap, which covers any imperfections in the mullion-transom connection, offering a more elegant and complete look. This approach combines functionality and aesthetics, making it ideal for a variety of constructions.

PRESSURE PLATE'S DIVIDED GASKET

The specially designed 0 3/16in gasket, of which a part is cut off at the point of assembly, is designed to serve specific needs in the drainage and ventilation areas. This adaptation is critical to the efficiency and safety of structures, ensuring that air and water are managed effectively.

MULLION'S DIVIDED GASKETS

The specially designed gaskets, in which a part is cut off at the point of connection to the transom, are designed to ensure absolute continuity of sealing. This approach allows to avoid leaks and enhance the overall integrity of the system, ensuring that connections remain secure and functional.

MULLION'S CONNECTION

The use of a special sealing accessory in the connection area of the mullions is essential for effective water management. This accessory facilitates the transfer of water from one mullion to another, ensuring enhanced waterproofing and preventing moisture accumulation, which can lead to structural issues over time. Furthermore, when combined with mullion reinforcement, it significantly improves the overall strength and durability of the structure. This integrated approach not only enhances the performance of the system but also contributes to the long-term sustainability of the building.

MULLION'S DRAINAGE AND VENTILATION

The use of a special EPDM accessory, ensures effective drainage and ventilation, preventing moisture accumulation and mold formation. This combined approach enhances the long-term strength of the mullion and improves overall system performance.

ROUNDED STRUCTURE SOLUTIONS

The ability of full-circle constructions without the use of angular pressure plates offers many architectural and construction advantages. The use of special gaskets allows angles of up to  0.349 rad per column.

ULTIMATE COMPATIBILITY

ELVIAL's FS50 facade system offers flexibility and combination with the company's thermal insulation systems, using a single additional thermal insulation profile. This makes the FS50 an ideal choice for modern architectural applications.

CUSTOMIZED INSULATING BARS
Customized insulating bars are set on the mullions, transoms and on the projected out windows frame profile for high thermal insulation. The system fully meets the high energy performance requirements for each project.
ELVIAL I² INNOVATIVE INSULATION TECHNOLOGY
The Innovation, ELVIAL I² Technology, is applied on all ELVIAL's thermal insulated opening systems that can be incorporated into the facade construction. This way, an extra insulation zone is created in the middle chamber of the profile, boosting the system's energy performance [Uf] by up to 38%.

FOAM INSULATING PROFILE
Α foam insulating profile (LDPE) is fitted at the perimeter of the glazing zone, on all ELVIAL's thermal insulated opening systems that can be incorporated into the facade construction, minimizing thermal energy loss.
