Another project of unique aesthetics that prioritizes issues of sustainability “wears” ELVIAL aluminum architectural systems. The new state-of-the-art office complex of PwC Greece, located in the heart of the Amarousi business center, will be a landmark for the area and has the unique stamp of ELVIAL's innovative systems, which perfectly responds to modern architectural requirements.

The new bioclimatic complex is one of the area’s most iconic buildings and provides a modern workplace for PwC’s employees, supporting the company’s transition to a new operating model. Its high-quality design, with a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing, has earned it LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification, thanks to targeted interventions aimed at energy and water efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and the optimal management of materials and waste. At the same time, the complex’s WELL Bronze certification, which assesses how a building contributes to the health, wellbeing and overall experience of its users, makes it one of the first office buildings in Greece to hold both internationally recognised certifications, highlighting the importance of a modern, sustainable and human-centred approach to design.
