This impressive range of options comes with unique aesthetic and functional features: the linear design is given, with an 0 5/16in perimetrical same-level appearance, plus specially designed reinforcements that ensure high durability. The conjunction of the sashes in all successive types of construction is the pinnacle of elegance. The centre vertical frame measures just 1 7/8in thanks to a narrow interlocking profile. The flyscreen profile is likewise constructed. Let your eyes wonder! Soak in the view.

SAME LEVEL APPEARANCE

The design merit of the lift and slide system is truly unique with a perimetrical 0 5/16in same-level appearance. Specially designed decorative profiles are applied to ensure the same level of appearance both in the interior and the exterior of the frame.

Precision is key. We designed the meeting stile construction on the same unifying principle. The adjoining profile is hidden in the sash. The joint point of the sashes sports the same level appearance of 0 5/16in in both the interior and exterior facet.

    Insulating bars with 25% glass reinforcement of 0 12/16in in tracks (unique in its category) and 0 11/16in in sashes are applied, offering high thermal insulation levels and extra rigidity.

  • CUSTOMIZED INSULATING BARS

    Enhanced customized insulation bars are set both in the central zone and the middle mullion. The system fully meets the high energy efficiency requirements for each project.

  • ELVIAL I² INNOVATIVE INSULATION TECHNOLOGY

    The Innovation, ELVIAL I² Technology, is applied on all system's tracks. This way, an extra insulation zone is created in the middle chamber of the profile, boosting the system's energy performance [Uf].

    Α foam insulating profile (LDPE) is fitted at the perimeter of the glazing zone, minimizing thermal energy loss.

  • CO-EXTRUDED GASKETS

    Co-extruded gasket on the bottom part of sashes, sealing the adjoining profile for angular constructions.

  • EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE

    Expanded polystyrene is set between the interlocking profile and the bottom part of the sashes in the middle mullion improving significantly the energy performance.

SUPPORT FOR GLAZING LOAD TRANSFER

For all the SL60 HI² series editions we developed special glazing load transfer support. This support transfers the glazing weight to the center of the sash, where the rollers of the mechanism are mounted. In this way, the flawless operation of the structure is ensured for a lifetime regardless of the glazing weight.

SMOOTHER ROLLING

Stainless steel rail with improved design & reinforced thickness, which ensures the impeccable functionality of the construction even at demanding glazing loads.

EFFICIENT PROTECTION

New generation joint corners with side caps, in all moving parts, which lead the two-component glue along the joint point and completely cover the chambers.

QUALITY IN MANUFACTURING

Mechanical alignment corners with a rotary restraint mechanism are applied to all the sashes, resulting in optimal assembly at all corners of the sash.
